摘要
目的:研究酢浆草对醋酸所致急性腹膜炎小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:腹腔注射醋酸制备小鼠急性腹膜炎模型,观察酢浆草乙醇提取物对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的影响;观察酢浆草乙醇提取物对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高的影响。结果:酢浆草乙醇提取物能使小鼠扭体反应次数减少;能降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性。结论:酢浆草对醋酸所致小鼠急性腹膜炎具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective： To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Oxalis corniculata L. on acute peritonitis induced by acetic acid in mice. Methods： Mice peritonitis model caused by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid was used to observe the effects of the ethanol extract of Oxalis corniculata L. on the body torsion reaction and the abdominal blood capillary permeability. Results： The ethanol extract of Oxalis corniculata L. reduced the body torsion times and the abdominal capillary permeability of mice induced by acetic acid. Conclusion： Oxalis corniculata L. showed anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on acute peritonitis in mice.
