摘要 目的研究酢浆草的体外抑菌活性。方法用水提法和醇提法制备酢浆草全草提取液,采用纸片扩散法和改良试管二倍稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、短小芽孢杆菌等6种常见致病菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果酢浆草全草提取液除对乙型溶血性链球菌和大肠杆菌抑菌作用较弱外,对其它致病菌均呈中度或高度敏感,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用尤为明显,且醇提液的抑菌效果优于水提液。结论酢浆草对常见致病菌抑菌效果良好,有进一步开发利用的价值。 Objective To research antibacterial activities extracts from Oxalis corniculata L in vitro.Methods The water extracts(PWE) and the alcohol extracts(PAE) from Oxalis corniculata L were prepared,the inhibition zone,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of extracts to 6 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria were determined by disk diffusion method and improved tube double dilution method.Results The PWE and the PAE of Oxalis corniculata L had obviously inhibitory effect except beta-hemolytic streptococci and Bacillus coli,especially on staphylococcus aureus,and the antibacterial activities of alcohol extracts were higher than that of water extracts.Conclusion Oxalis corniculata L has a good inhibitory effects to common pathogenic bacteria,which is valuable to have a further development.
