摘要 借鉴国际国内已投运的烟气冷却器范例,对某350 MW机组工程设置烟气冷却器的技术方案进行研究。根据该工程的煤质资料、热力系统合理地确定流程布置和系统参数;对设置烟气冷却器前后的技术经济指标进行对比分析;对保障烟气冷却器安全稳定运行的措施进行探讨。通过对烟气冷却器的常规布置方式进行比选,确定了该工程烟气冷却器最佳的布置方案、设计参数、流程布置和系统参数,并提出了有针对性的安全保障措施。通过在该350 MW机组工程设置烟气冷却器,可以降低机组热耗25.2 kJ/kWh,节约3 325 t/a发电标煤,降低燃煤成本约283万元;减少烟尘排放768 kg,氮氧化物排放1 824 kg,二氧化硫排放1 280 kg,节约脱硫水耗15.8×104t,改善环境明显,社会效益和经济效益显著。 By referring to examples of international and domestic gas coolers in operation, the gas cooler layout technical scheme in the project of 350 MW unit is studied. The flow layout and system parameters are determined based on materials of coal quality and thermal system of the project. Technical and economic indexes before and after the layout of the gas cooler are compared and analyzed. Measures to guarantee the security and stability operation of gas cooler are discussed. By comparing ordinary layouts of gas cooler, the optimal layout scheme, design parameters, flaw layout and system parameters of the gas cooler in the project are determined, and pointed security measures are proposed. By the layout of gas cooler in the project of 350 MW unit, 25.2 k J/kWh thermal loss of the generator is reduced, 3 325 t/a coal equivalent is saved, about 2.83 million Yuan coal fired cost is saved, 768 kg gas emission, 1 824 kg oxynitride emission, and 1 280 kg sulfur dioxide emission are reduced, and 15.8 × 10^4 t water loss of desulfurization is saved, so that it obviously improve the environment and thus has significant social and economic benefits.
