摘要
低低温烟气处理系统(Mitsubishi recirculated nonleak type gas-gas heater,MGGH)具有高效的环保性能,已在日本应用于多台火电机组中。介绍了MGGH的发展概况、工艺原理及特点,并以其在1000MW超超临界机组中应用为例,将其与传统电除尘器+湿法烟气脱硫工艺进行了技术经济比较。结果表明:对于1000MW超超临界机组,采用MGGH能降低投资费用,提高运行经济性。建议在1000MW超超临界机组中分阶段推广使用MGGH。
Mitsubishi recirculated nonleak type gas-gas heater(MGGH) is of high-efficient environment protection property and has been used in many fossil fuel power plants in Japan in recent years. The paper explains MGGH' s development brief, process principles and features, takes its engineering application for a 1 000 MW USC unit as an example, compares it to the traditional ESP+FGD technically and economically. The compared results indicates that MGGH can reduce investment cost and increase operation economy for a 1 000 MW USC unit. The comment is to popularize MGGH in 1 000 MW USC units in stages.
