摘要
从350MW机组实际情况出发,结合内外部条件与烟气情况,制定了MGGH的加装方案。结果表明,加装MGGH系统后,可将排烟温度由158℃降低到95℃,除尘器入口烟气体积流量由1 874 000 m3/h降低到1 600 000 m3/h,结合高频电源改造后,可使电除尘器烟尘排放浓度由86 mg/Nm3降低到30 mg/Nm3;还可将脱硫系统后的烟气温度由30℃提高到95℃,有效缓解烟道及烟囱的腐蚀。
The actual situation of 350MW units as a starting point, combined with the existing condition of the internal and external conditions and gas conditions, MGGH installation programmes have been developed. The Results show that after the installation of MGGH system,the exhaust gas temperature can he reduced from 158℃ to 95℃, the inlet flue gas volume flow of ESP can be reduced from 1 874 000 m3/h to 1 600 000m3/h, combined with high frequency power supply,the dust emission concentration of ESP can be reduced from 86 mg/Nm3 to 30 mg/Nma;the temperature of the flue gas after desulfurization system can be raised from 30 ℃ to 95 ℃, effectively mitigates corrosion of the flue and chimney.
