摘要
农民是建设新农村和发展现代农业的主体,职业农民则是农民中的优秀代表。农民的职业化是实现农业现代化的前提和条件。以"职业农民培养"为主题,在中国学术期刊网上查阅近十年来的文献,分析研究认为,关于职业农民培养研究趋势主要包括其概念界定、培养意义、对策、模式等方面,存在的不足之处主要有理论研究内容单一、实证研究较少等,并对未来研究思路进行了探索。
Farmer is the main body in building the new socialist countryside and developing modern agriculture, and professional farmer is the outstanding representative among farmers. The profession of farmer is the precondition to realize agricultural modernization. By retrieving literature materials about cultivating professional farmers in our country, the literature reviewers reached a conclusion that the previous research has been centered around the definition, significance, counter-measures, patterns, among other topics, of professional farmers cultivation, and the limitations of previous research are monotonous theoretical dissertation, and weak empirical studies, and the reviewers also put forward the suggestions for future research.
