摘要
城市发展和经济发展相互依赖 ,相互制约。连云港市城市建设发展资金的缺乏严重制约了其经济的发展 ,而要加快连云港市的经济发展 ,就必须突破城市发展的传统思路 ,创新城市发展理念 ,对城市资产实行资本化经营 ,贯彻市场竞争的原则 ;利用杠杆原理 ,壮大城市资产 ;搞好城市规划 。
There is a close interrelationship between the development of a city and the growth of its economy. As the shortage of capital in city construction has seriously hindered the economic growth in Lianyungang, we must break through the conventional ideas and find new ways to speed up the city's economic development. Capitalization and market competition should be adopted to manage the city's properties; the lever principle should be used to enrich them; the city development should be carefully planned to create a beautiful investing environment so that funds can be attracted from home and abroad.
