摘要
进入 2 1世纪知识经济时代 ,国有企业改革必须适应世界经济发展的大趋势 ,充分依靠资本市场这个基础 ,以企业资产经营为主要内容 ,进行资本化经营的改革 ,选择改组和调整的正确道路 。
While entering the knowledge economy era of 21st century,state-owned enterprises reform must be adapted to the general trend of the world economy development,depend fully on the base of capital market;make capitalized running reforms which is mainly concerned with capital management of enterprises and choose the right way of reorganization and adjustmeut in order to make a final success in reforms.
