摘要
本文阐述了城市经营的资产负债内涵,并从资产负债的纬度分析了我国城市经营的现状和问题,对我国现阶段的城市经营提出了一些相关的对策和建议,论证了城市经营应当树立资产负债的意识,以期对促进我国城市经营的发展提供一些积极的建议。
Urban assets can be divided into four categories, including assets ,debt.finance income and outcome. The urban assets should be get into the course of urban management. In this paper, the situations of urban management are analyzed from the assets angle and some suggestions are offered for city management.
