摘要
本文以我校气象类2012届本科毕业生为例,通过设计毕业生、气象行业相关部门调查问卷,并采用电邮、邮寄、传真、网络、走访、座谈等形式,对我校气象类2012届本科毕业生进行跟踪调查,基于毕业生基本情况、工作情况、生活情况,对我校的意见和建议,通过文献分析、实践调查、交流研讨等,深入分析研究,旨在进一步分析目前气象类人才培养不足和探索新思维新理念而提供支持和服务。
Taking meteorological graduates of 2012 in Nanjing University of Information Science ＆Technology as example, by designing the questionnaire of graduates and meteorological industry-related department, this paper used e-mail, mail, fax, Internet, visits, seminars and other forms to do follow-up survey on the meteorological graduates in 2012. Based on the basic situation, working conditions and living conditions of graduates, and their observations and recommendations, it made in-depth analysis and research through literature analysis, practice surveys, seminars and exchanges to further analyze the inadequate meteorological talents training, explore new ideas and provide support and services.
