摘要
培养电子类专业人才的实践和创新能力不仅是就业形势所迫，同时也是拓宽专业口径，培养高素质人才的需要。为了培养高质量人才．对构建高校学生实践和创新能力平台的必要性和所需的条件方面做了一些探索与研究。
Developing the ability of practice and creating of electronics talent is not only the demand of getting employment ,widening pro-fession ,but also the demand of fostering the quality talent .In order to foster the quality talent ,the paper dicusses the necessaries and the essential conditions of founding the base of improving the ability of practice and creating of students.
