摘要
研究光伏电池建模验证问题,光伏电池的工程数学模型分为物理特性的模型和外特性的模型。根据光伏电池厂家提供的有限几个标准性能参数,利用Matlab/Simulink工具建立了两种不同的光伏电池仿真模型,得到了光伏电池模型在不同条件下的输出特性曲线,并分析比较了两种光伏电池模型的输出特性曲线,结果表明,基于物理特性的光伏电池仿真模型能够较为准确地反映光伏电池特性,更加符合光伏电池特性的理论分析结论,但该类模型较为复杂,未知参数较多且参数求解较困难;而基于外特性的光伏电池仿真模型结构较为简单,参数求解较容易,虽仿真准确度不及基于物理特性的模型,但可为光伏发电系统设计提供较好的平台。
Photovohaic cell models are divided into models based on physical characteristics and models based on the external characteristics. This paper built two types of photovohaic cell models using Matlab/Simulink toolkit ac- cording to the limited number of standard parameters, and obtained output characteristic curve of the photovoltaic cell model under different working environment. The results show that the model based on physical characteristic can re- fleet the photovoltaic cell more accurately after compared the two type models, although it is more complex and has more unknown parameters which is difficult to build the model. The model based on external characteristics is rela- tively simple and the parameters can be solved easier, but its simulation accuracy is lower than the model based on physical characteristics.
