摘要
采用多项式数学模型对TDB-100硅太阳电池实测I-V数据进行拟合,可得到电池的实验模型,该模类具有很高的精度。运用这个模型对P-V特性进行分析,并根据电池的光照及温度特性,将该模型进行扩展,得到了电池的预计模型。
olynomial model was used to express the experimental measured I-V data of TDB-100 solar cell. thus the experimental model was obtained. The model is highly precise. By using the model the study on P-V character was developed. The model was expanded according to lighted temperature character of solar cell. so an expected new model of soalr cell was obtained.
