摘要
液压系统的远程在线监测系统在诸多领域中起着不可忽视的作用,介绍了一种基于嵌入式系统的远程在线监测系统设计方案。该系统以CPU为EP9315(内核为ARM920T)作为系统的硬件平台,选用Windows CE操作系统作为系统的软件平台,并用以太网传输实现了实时在线监控流量、压力、温度以及执行器速度等参数,为完善液压系统的监控手段提供了一种新的方法。
On the basis of the analysis of remote &online monitoring system for hydraulic system that plays an essential role in many fields, this essay described a remote &online monitoring system design based on embedded systems. With ARM920T kernel EP9315's CPU as the hardware platform, with Windows CE as the software platform, and taking advantage of the Ethernet interface, this system could real-timely monitor pressure, flow, temperature, and the actuator speed. This system provided a new approach to improve the hydraulic system monitoring means.
