摘要
为了对潜艇导弹发射装置液压系统的工作状态进行监控,及时发现潜在故障,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术和多传感器的监控系统,介绍了系统的总体结构,并对系统的硬件和软件进行了设计;通过对液压系统运行过程中的动态参数进行采集、处理,建立特征参量与故障类型的映射模型,实现了对系统工作状态的在线监控;用此方法设计的监控系统操作简单,具有较高的工程应用价值。
In order to survey the state for hydraulic system of submarine missile launcher and find the potential failures in time, a monitoring system based on virtual instrument and sensors is designed. The integrated structure of the system is introduced, and the hardware and software of the system are designed. The real--time data is collected and processed, then the mapping model between fault characteristic parameter and fault type is built, and the forecast of future state is achieved. Simple operation and beneficial practical value are the most obvious characters of the system.
