摘要 介绍了基于单片机和双数字信号处理器(DSP)控制的数字化埋弧焊机的结构,设计了基于单片机控制的数字化埋弧焊机人机界面系统。系统由单片机、图形式液晶显示器、数字化编码器、铁电存储器等构成,用户通过人机界面不仅可设置和保存焊接电流、焊接电压、焊接速度等工艺参数,而且可在焊接过程中动态显示焊接电流、焊接电压。单片机通过RS-485与DSP进行通信。实践证明:该人机界面系统具有稳定可靠、界面清晰、操作便捷、设置及保存参数、单旋钮调节参数等特点。 This paper introduces the sLrueture of submerged arc welding based on single chip and dual digital signal processors, also designs human-machine interface system based on MCU. This system is consisted of MCU, LCD, keyboard, FRAM Serial Memory and digital encoder, which can realize welding parameters setting, such as welding voltage, welding current and welding speed ere. Besides, it can also display welding current and welding voltage in dynamic mode. The MCU communicates with DSPs through RS-485. It proves that this system is with high stability, good performance.
