摘要
皮肤科临床中应用的积雪苷片及积雪苷霜软膏的主要成分是积雪草总苷。积雪草总苷是积雪草中提取分离出来的三萜皂苷类有效成分。多项临床及动物实验发现，积雪草总苷具有促进创面愈合、防止瘢痕过度增生、抗皮肤老化的作用，且在硬皮病、色素性疾病等方面有一定影响。文献显示，积雪苷在临床应用中具有广泛性及有效性，为此，概述积雪苷在皮肤科中的应用状况。
As one of the active ingredients of the triterpenic fractionof Centella asiatiea, asiaticoside is the main component of Centella triterpenes tablets or cream used at dermatology clinics. Many clinical and animal studieds have revealed that asiaticoside can promote wound healing, prevent excessive scar formation, and counteract skin aging. Moreover, asiaticoside has been widely and efficiently used in the treatment of some diseases, including pigmentary disease and scleroderma, and so on. This paper provides an overview of the application of asiaticoside in dermatology.
