摘要
目的考察联合应用积雪苷片及积雪苷霜软膏治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1—12月间的60例病例，按增生时间不同分为4组，观察联合应用积雪苷片及积雪苷霜软膏的治疗方法的临床疗效。结果该种治疗方法对5个月以内的增生性瘢痕均具有较好的治疗效果，且增生时间越短疗效越好。结论联合应用积雪苷片及积雪苷霜软膏是一种安全有效地治疗增生性瘢痕的方法。
Objective The objective is to observe the clinical efficacy of combining centella triterpenes tab- let and centeUa Triterpense Cream to treat hypertrophic scar. Methods 60 patients were selected from January to December 2012, then we divided them into four groups according to the hyperplasia of time, and observed the clinical efficacy. Results This treatment was effective for hypertrophic scar within five months. The earlier treatment begins, the better curative effect getting. Conclusion Combining centella triterpenes tablet and cen- tella triterpense cream is a safe and effective way for hypertrophic scar.
