摘要
以果蝇为试验材料 ,研究了灵芝提取物对果蝇寿命的影响 ,结果表明 :灵芝提取物能有效的降低唾液腺细胞脂褐素及过氧化脂质 ( LPO)含量 。
In this paper,we used fruit fly ( Drosophila melangaster ) as the experimental animal,and studied the effect of the glossy ganoderma( Ganoderma lucidium , GdLe) on the lifespan,the content of lipofuscin and lipid peroxide(LPO).As a result,GdL can increase the average lifespan of fruit fly obviously,decrease the lipofuscin and LPO content of salivary gland cell.It further accounts the mechanism of post poning decrepit.
