摘要
目的 研究枸杞对动物的抗衰老作用。方法 采用枸杞提取液 ,以果蝇为试验材料进行实验研究。结果 枸杞提取物能有效的降低唾液腺细胞脂褐素及过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量。
Objective: To study the anti-decrepit effect of Lycium Chinese Mill.(LcM). Methods: In this paper, we used Drosophila melangaster as the experiment material, and studies the effect of the LcM. on the lifespan 、the content of lipofuscin and lipid peroxide (LPO) . Results: The extract of the LcM. could lengthen the average lifespan of Drosophila melangaster obviously, decrease the lipofuscin and LPO content of salivary gland cell. Conclusion: Extract of LcM.had the effect of the antiaging.
