摘要
结合铸件粘砂机理，从Ｖ法铸造的成型特征上分析Ｖ法铸造铸件的粘砂原因。经长期生产实践探索，总结出Ｖ法铸造铸件防止粘砂的有效措施。
Based on the formation mechanism of penetration, the reason causing penetration defects of V-process castings was analyzed with considering the features of vacuum moulding process. The measures to prevent penetration was found out by summarizing the experiences of long period production.
