摘要
采用石灰乳一步碳化———添加剂法合成板状碳酸钙 .探讨了添加剂的类型、添加剂量、添加时间及石灰乳的活性等对板状碳酸钙性能的影响 .最佳实验条件 :添加剂为A和B ,石灰乳浓度为3 %~10 % ,反应温度20℃ ,添加剂添加时间为反应5~10min后 ,添加剂用量与石灰乳的比约为1∶600 .该结果对板状碳酸钙生产工艺的设计与改进具有指导意义 .选择不同类型的添加剂、添加剂量、添加时间等 。
