摘要
分别叙述了无机添加剂、有机添加剂、复合添加剂等对沉淀碳酸钙微细粒子形成的影响。指出由于各种反应条件、添加剂、碳化模式的影响和相互作用,采用碳酸化法的模拟生物矿化可制备出不同晶型和不同形貌的微细碳酸钙粒子;沉淀碳酸钙经历了氢氧化钙与CO2反应生成不定型碳酸钙,不定型碳酸钙向方解石型、文石型、球霰型碳酸钙转变的过程;球霰型碳酸钙的稳定性等是今后研究工作中值得关注的问题。
The influences of inorganic additive, organic additive, compound additive on the formation of the precipitated calcium carbonate superfine particle were introduced.It was pointed out that due to the influences and interaction of various reaction conditions,additives and carbonation model, the f'me calcium carbonate particles of different crystal and different morphologies were prepared through the biomineralization of carbonation method.Precipitated calcium carbonate has gone through the process of calcium hydroxide reacting with carbon dioxide to generate amorphous calcium carbonate, amorphous calcium carbonate turning into calcite or aragonite or graupel type calcium carbonate.The stability of the vaterite calcium carbonate is worthy of attention in future research work.
