摘要
２０世纪的世界教育与社会的结合愈益密切且同步发展。我国社会主义教育５０年，也是大改革和大发展的５０年，已经建立起了社会主义的教育体系和社会主义教育的理论体系。而素质教育则是２１世纪世界教育和社会主义教育逻辑发展的必然。
It has been 50 years since socialist education experienced rapid reform and development in China, during which socialist educational system and theoretical system of socialist education have been established. With the combination and common development of world education and society, quality-oriented education is the logical conclusion of the socialist and world education in the 21th century.
