摘要
针对吐哈油田温吉桑区块致密气藏长水平段水平井钻井技术难点,结合地层岩性特征,在室内岩石矿物组分分析的基础上,评价了3种钻井液体系的抑制性、抗高温性、润滑性及储层保护性能,优选出了适合该地区水平井安全钻井的乳化原油聚磺钻井液体系。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有较强的封堵防塌、携岩和润滑性能,钻井过程中井下复杂事故明显减少,目的层段井径扩大率为7.63%,解决了长水平段井壁易垮塌的难题。
Taking into account of the difficult problems in horizontal drilling of long horizontal section in the lighl gas reservoir of Block Wenjisang,Tuha oilfield as well as formation lilhohigic feature,the properties of three drilling fluid systems are evaluuted,including inhibition,high temperature resistance,lubrication and reservoir protection capability,and an emulsified crude polysulfonate drilling fluid system suitable fur safely horizontal drilling in the area optimized.It is shown from field application that this system has good properties such as blockage,anti-sloughing,cutting carrying and lubrication.As a result,downhole problem and aecident have,been reduced obviously during drilling,with a hole enlargement rate at TD of 7.63%,tackling the problem of wall sloughing tendency in long horizontal section.
