摘要
针对英2井不同井段地层岩性特征,优选铝胺封堵防塌钻井液体系,采用合理密度支撑-多元协同抑制-双重封堵防塌技术,配合相应的现场施工工艺,解决了泥页岩水敏性强、长裸眼段井壁失稳、煤层坍塌及石炭系塌漏并存的难题。该井钻探施工顺利。
According to petrographic characteristics in different interval, of the drilling fluid containing aluminium and amine were applied, which had function of plugging and anti - collapse. The techniques including appropriate density supporting, mulit- coordination inhibition, and double plugging and anti - collapse were carried out. And relevant working -site technique was also cooperated. So the problems such as high water - sensitivity shale, borehole sloughing of long openhole, coalbed caving - in, and carboniferous collapse - leak were entirely resolved. The drilling of Ying 2 Well successfully completed.
