淀粉对PVA降解菌系降解效果的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对在前期研究中已筛选出的1种聚乙烯醇(PVA)降解混合菌系,考察淀粉对其PVA降解效果的影响。首先通过实验摸索出单波长分光光度计法测定淀粉的方法,再通过测定PVA和淀粉浓度比例分别为1:1、1:2、1:3时发酵菌液中的PVA降解效率,分析淀粉对PVA降解菌的影响。结果表明,实验中确定的淀粉测定方法是切实可行的;淀粉浓度对混合菌系降解PVA的能力影响较大,会阻碍其对PVA的降解;而淀粉的降解也会受到PVA的影响,在降解48h前后有不同的影响效果。降解48h后,淀粉浓度越大,降解效果越好。 The effect of starch on the bio-degradation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by mixed strains was studied. At first, the determination method of starch had been tested, and then single wavelengh spectrometry was adopted. The effects of starch were analysed when the concentration ratios of PVA to starch in fermentation broth were 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3, respectively. The results showed that the confirmed determination method of starch was feasible, and the starch content had a great influence on PVA degradation that would be hindered by mixed strains. The starch degradation could be influenced by PVA in the sizing agent, too, but was variable at around 48 hours. Later on, the higher concentration of starch was, the better the degradation efficiency would be.
