摘要
从印染废水及污水处理厂污泥中分离得到7株聚乙烯醇(PVA)降解菌,经紫外线诱变,获得高活性变异菌株UV2.对UV2进行PVA降解试验,确定了其降解特性参数,并与出发菌株B白的降解性能相比较.研究表明,诱变菌株UV2对模拟废水中PVA的降解速率及降解活性均明显高于出发菌株B白,且适应环境的能力更强.在最佳降解条件下,对PVA的降解率达93%以上,比出发菌株提高了30%.
Isotation, culturing and degradation property were studied for polyvinyl alcohol degrading bacterium,which were isolaed from dyeprinting wastewater and activated sludge samples. All these bacterium are treated by ultraviolet ray ,and a bacterium labeled as UV_2 is obtained. Through the degradation test of UV_2 and the original strain,a series of parameters are determined. It is indicated that both degradation rate and activity of UV_2 to simulated wastewater which contain PVA are higher the original strain sharply.Under optimum circumstance,the removing ratio of PVA reaches at above93%,which is higher 30% than the original strain.
