摘要
分析了蓄供水判别式法运用于梯级水库调度所存在的不足,为提高梯级水库水资源利用效率,以梯级调度期总发电量最大为目标,构建了梯级总出力调度图优化模型和时段内最优出力分配模型,给出了基于逐步收索方式和逐步优化算法的模型求解流程。以李仙江流域梯级为实例进行计算,在得出总出力调度图的同时,利用最优模拟结果和逐步回归方法建立了梯级各库时段出力比值与各相关因子的函数关系,其调度结果与常规方案相比,年发电量和发电保证率均有较大程度的提升,验证了所建模型的合理性。
Based on the analysis of some shortcomings of discriminant criterion method in the application of cascade reservoirs operation and in order to improve the water utilization efficiency, a cascade total out-put dispatching figure optimization model and an optimal period output distribution model were set up with the goal of maximizing total generating capacity in the cascade operation period. The progressive search method and progressive optimality algorithm are used in the solving process of the model. Taking Li Xianji-ang cascade reservoirs as an example, the cascade reservoirs’ output ratio as a function of other related factor is established using the optimal simulation results and the stepwise regression method after the total output dispatching figure has been obtained. The operation results of the power generation and the reliabili-ty both have a certain degree of ascension compare with the conventional dispatching scheme. So the ratio-nality of the model is verified by the result.
