摘要
本文以水库泄流的一般规律作为启发信息,快速生成洪水调度的初步方案,以模糊优选模型评价方案优劣,在上述方案评价的结果上,通过人机交互方式产生其它的可行方案,直至决策者得到比较满意的结果为止.从方案生成到最终抉择都引入了人的知识,便于快速得到满意的方案,是一种行之有效的洪水调度方法.
The managers'experiences,knowledge and judgement play important roles in the real flood operation of reservoir. In the model, initial feasible alternatives are quickly produced by means of heuristic information including operation rules as well as experiences, and the ranking of the alternatives is evaluated with fuzzy optimal technique. Based on the evaluation results,other alternatives and final decision are made by the human-computer interaction manner.
