摘要
随着中医药研究的不断深入,中药生物样品的化学成分分析已成为中药研究的重点。研究中药在生物体体内的成分及其变化,将为明确中药的体内代谢过程、药效与物质基础及其作用机制等提供实验依据。生物样品分析前处理是中药生物样品化学分析的重要环节。概述近年来中药生物样品分析前处理的各种方法与技术,并分析其各自的特点,为合理地进行中药生物样品前处理提供理论参考及技术支持。
With the intensive study of the traditional Chinese medicine , analysis of chemical compositions in the biological samples of traditional Chinese medicine has become the focus. Research of the compositions of traditional Chinese medicine in vivo and their ehangs can provide an experimental basis for finding out the metabolism, efficacy and material basis and mechanism of action of the traditional Chinese medicine in vivo. The pretreatment of biological samples of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of their analysis. This article introduced different kinds of methods and technology and analysed of the characteristic, which can provide support for reference theory and technology for rational and effective pretreatment of biological samples.
