摘要
RA是以关节滑膜慢性炎性增生并造成关节破坏、功能丧失为主要表现的全身性、炎症性、自身免疫病。目前的治疗靶向在关节炎症的控制和关节功能的保持。但RA患者的总体寿命低于非RA人群,这与关节病变本身无关。近期研究显示,RA患者的心血管事件发生率及心血管病死率较同年龄组健康人群升高,且不能用传统心血管相关危险因素解释;
