Recent advance in ecretory meningiomas

摘要 分泌型脑膜瘤（secretory meningiomas。SMs）是一种临床罕见的脑膜瘤亚型，又称假沙粒体型脑膜瘤。1993年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类将其列为脑膜瘤的一个新亚型，迄今国内外文献报道例数不超过200例。为提高临床工作者对SMs的认识，现将其历史、发生率、临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后综述如下。
