分泌型脑膜瘤2例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨分泌型脑膜瘤(secretory meningioma,SMs)的临床病理特点、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法应用光镜、特殊染色和免疫组化检测对2例SMs进行观察,并复习相关文献。结果细胞圆形或卵圆形,漩涡状排列,瘤细胞内见大小不等均匀一致的嗜酸性透明状包涵体,PAS染色阳性。免疫组化:CEA、CK、EMA、PR、vimentin均阳性,Ki-67增殖指数约2%。结论 SMs是一种罕见的颅内脑膜瘤亚型,预后较好。诊断时需与其他肿瘤相鉴别。
