摘要
利用计算机辅助设计软件V-Cast软件,结合铸造工艺理论和金属凝固原理,对铸钢件回转臂的凝固过程进行了模拟,对其铸造工艺作了分析,找到了产生缺陷的根本原因。通过添加冒口和浇注系统、保温材料,获得了合适工艺。
The solidification process of cast-steel rotary arm was simulated by CAD V-Cast software,combined with the theory of casting technique and the principle of solidification,the real reasons of the defects were got.The riser,heat insulating materials and gating system was added,the appropriate casting process was obtained.
