摘要
目的 探讨应用下颌赝复体修复下颌骨切除术后大面积骨缺损的临床疗效.方法 根据下颌骨缺损的局部解剖形态,应用活动可摘义齿修复下颌骨部分缺损.修复后1个月,分别对患者满意度、语音清晰度和咀嚼效率进行评估.结果 面部外形基本满意,修复体可以部分恢复口腔功能.结论可摘式赝复体修复下颌骨部分缺损是一种效果较确切、疗效较显著的方法.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of large bone degect after mandible resection repaired by removable prosthodontics. Methods According to the local anatomy of mandibular defect, partial mandibular defect were repaired by removable prosthodontics, to improve the facial appearance and restore the oral function. To assess the patient＇s satisfaction, voice clarity and masticatory function after repairing at 1 month. Results Patients were satisfied with the facial appearance, and the prosthesis could partly restore the oral function. Conclusion Re- movable prosthodontics, which repaired the mandibular defect, is a safe and effective method.
