摘要
颌面硅橡胶赝复体是重建患者容貌、恢复患者自信心最重要的修复治疗方法。颜色仿真是颌面赝复体修复成功的关键因素之一,变色和褪色则是赝复体更换的主要原因。影响颌面硅橡胶赝复体颜色的因素主要有3个方面:首先是着色剂的性质,包括色彩稳定性、固化稳定性以及是否添加了遮色剂;其次为硅橡胶赝复体的配色方法,可分为人工配色和计算机配色2个方面;最后为赝复体使用过程中的环境因素,包括紫外线、微波消毒因素、热因素、臭氧以及外源性染色因素。本文就影响赝复体颜色3个方面的因素作一综述。
The maxillofacial silastic prosthesis is one of the important prosthetic methods for maxillofacial rehabilitation,which is critical to the patient＇s emotional well-being.The simulation quality of color is the most important key to fabricate an esthetically pleasing prosthesis.Besides,the replacement prostheses are provided mainly due to color fading of the original maxillofacial silastic prosthesis.There are mainly three influencing factors.The first is the nature of colorants,including its color stability,curing stability and opacifier contents.The second is the color matching methods,which contain experiential and computer color matching.The last is the environmental influencing factors,including the ultraviolet ray,microwave disinfection impact,the thermal factors,the ozone and the extrinsic coloration.This article will mainly focus on the influencing factors on color of maxillofacial silastic prosthesis from these three aspects.
