经颈、胸、腹三切口食管癌根治术患者的护理 被引量：7

摘要 目的：探讨经颈、胸、腹三切口食管癌根治术患者的护理.方法：对2011年6月～2013年6月我科30例患者行颈、胸、腹三切口食管癌根治术,术后进行护理和肠内营养支持,预防和减少吻合口瘘以及肺部并发症的发生.结果：2例患者发生颈部吻合口瘘,经对症处理后康复,1例因肺部感染死亡,其余患者均康复出院.结论：术后严密监测生命体征以及呼吸道护理、管道护理等措施能有效减少并发症的发生,提高生命质量.
