经皮经肝途径治疗胆系疾病现状 被引量：8

摘要 随着介入放射学和内镜设备、技术的发展，介入治疗已成为治疗胆道疾病的重要手段，可分为经口和经皮两种途径。经口途径为首选方法，在治疗失败或无法经口途径治疗时，再选择经皮途径。虽然在我国采用经皮途径治疗较少，但两种方法具有互补性，有时需要联合应用。例如对肝门部恶性胆道梗阻行减黄治疗，当出现ERCP后胆道感染，又无法用内镜解决时，经皮方法成为最佳的选择。经皮经肝途径有经皮经肝胆管引流术、经皮经肝胆囊引流术，以及在单纯引流基础上发展的多种治疗技术。
