食品安全问题存在原因及应对策略研究 被引量:3

A RESEARCH ON THE CAUSES AND COUNTERMEASURES OF CHINA'S FOOD SAFETY PROBLEMS

摘要 从三方面分析了食品安全问题存在原因。社会公众对食品安全问题的容忍度过高;部分食品企业伦理道德缺失,片面追求发展快速而忽视食品安全;一些消费者的消费文化不完善和我国法律的缺陷和监管机制不完善等。针对这些原因,建议对食品安全问题"零容忍";培育食品企业的伦理道德;提高消费者的消费文化;完善国家法律体系和加大食品安全的监管力度等。认为人民满意是完善法律和提高监管的出发点和落脚点。 Food safety accidents occur frequently in our country, which damaged the health of consumers, and brought serious negative impact on the sustainable development of food industry and social harmony and stability. This paper analyzes the social causes of food safety problems: excessive tolerance of the public on food safety accidents ; missing business ethics, one - sided pursuit of rapid development ; consumer culture of some consumers imperfect and flaws of the legalism and imperfections of regulatory models and so on. "Zero tolerance" should be taken in food safety. Business ethics should be cultivated in food industry and the consumer culture should be improved to solve actively the food safety accidents. To improve the national legal system and to strengthen food safety supervision are our targets.
