摘要
食品安全靠市场机制无法根本解决,必须依靠国家食品安全监权力才能得到保障。本文通过分析我国现有的食品安全监管体系及其存在的问题,提出了完善我国食品安全法律,完善食品安全标准,构建政府主导、企业自律、公众参与的食品安全监管机制,建立食品安全开放式信息系统等完善我国食品安全监管的对策建议。
Through analyzing the current food safety supervision system and its main problems in our country, this paper will put forward some suggestions on the perfection of food safety supervision system, namely the analysis and perfection of food safety law and standards in our country ; the buildup of an open and transparent information system of food safety, and constructing a supervision system under the guidance of gov- ernment with enterprises self- discipline and public participation.
