摘要
本文利用调查问卷的方法,得到顾客对乌鲁木齐酒店提供低碳化服务的实际消费意向的数据,进而研究如何在低碳经济的大环境下提高顾客对酒店的低碳服务的支持度和满意度,结论表明大部分顾客认为乌市建设低碳酒店是有必要的,而且愿意接受酒店的低碳服务。
In this paper, I use the method of questionnaire and get the customer's actual consumption intention data of providing services to low-earhon in Urumqi' s hotels. I study the customer' s support and Satisfaction serviee of the hotel's low-carbon. Then I conclude that most of the customers believe that building low-carbon hotel in Urumqi is necessary and they are willing to accept the hotel's low-carbon services.
