摘要
随着可持续发展成为全球最为关注的问题,低碳消费的理念应运而生,酒店业推广低碳服务势在必行。通过调查问卷的方式对部分女性消费者进行研究,发现超过80%的女性会选择自带一些个人用品,一部分被调查者可以接受间隔一天以上更换布草,95.2%的被调查女性愿意去了解低碳消费的相关知识并接受酒店的低碳化服务,99%的被调查者愿意同他人分享自己的低碳消费经历。由此可见,酒店的低碳化服务可以从引导女性消费者开始着手推广。
As sustainable development has become the hottest issue throughout the world,low-carbon consumption has caused great concern in correspondence.Under such a circumstance,it is natural for hotels to provide low-carbon services.This study uses the questionnaire survey,and chooses some female consumers as the objects of study.Results show that over 80% of the women prefer to bring personal items themselves.Some informants can accept their linen to be changed the other day.95.2% of the female informants are willing to learn about low-carbon consumption and accept low-carbon services.99% of informants enjoy sharing their own experience with others.The study indicates that hotels can expand low-carbon services by guiding female consumers.
