摘要 密闭式循环水冷却方式是当前SVC设备最常见的冷却方式,文中对此冷却方式在SVC项目中的应用技术展开探讨。介绍了目前常用密闭循环水冷却系统的组成结构、特征和冷却水路结构方式。根据经验,因水冷问题导致的SVC设备故障,往往不是因为控制保护系统不健全,而是忽视了水冷技术细节。因此,从技术角度分析并探讨了水冷系统细节注意事项。这主要包括纯水管道安装工艺和注意事项,纯水流量和温度等重要参数在控制单元中的采集和利用,水冷系统与SVC控制单元的硬接点有效联系,重要传感器的有效安装位置等。水冷系统是影响SVC设备运行可靠性的重要因素,减少由于水冷故障导致的SVC装备故障或停运,才能提高运行可靠性。 It is generally accepted that water is a very effective medium to remove heat losses from any type of equipments. The appli cation of the sealed watercirculation cooling mode for SVC, the most popular way in engineering fields, is aminly discussed in this pa per. The structure, the characteristics and the water flow mode design of the sealed watercirulation cooling sytem are discussed. Ac cording to field experiences, equipment faults caused by conler are mainly due to the imperfect of the engineering field technical fac tors, not the control and protection system. Hence, the analyses and discusses in the view of enginnering techniques of the water cool ing system are made. These include pure water piping installation techniques; the acquisitions and the uses of the important sampled parameters, such as flow quantity and temperature of the pure water; relay tips for control unit of SVC; installation positions of the important sensors, and so on. Pure water cooling system is very important for the operation reliability of SVC. Attention should be paid to avoid malfimction of outofservices of SVC due to the failure of water cooling system and to improve the operation reliability of the equpments.
