摘要
阐述利用纯水冷却系统对大功率电力电子装置进行冷却是一项在国际上得到广泛应用的成熟技术,说明这种冷却系统通过高效发散电力电子装置工作中产生的热量可有效保证FACTS(灵活交流输电系统)控制器的安全稳定运行。结合莱钢集团50t电弧炉TCR(晶闸管控制电抗器)型SVC(静止无功补偿)装置2期改造工程中纯水冷却系统的应用经验,介绍密闭式循环水冷却系统的设计参数、工作原理、技术特点及实际运行情况。几年的运行实践证明,密闭式循环水冷却系统可有效地散发SVC装置所产生的热量,保证装置的正常运行。
An essential component for optimizing and safeguarding the operation of high power electronic equipment such as FACTS and HVDC is the cooling system. Pure-water cooling keeps vital PE components at the right temperature and prevents scaling. The operating experience of the water-cooling system of SVCs for the Lai Gang Group's 50 t electric arc furnace was introduced in the illustration of design parameters, operating principle, technical characteristics and actual operating situations of the full-closed circulating water-cooling system, The performance of the system proved that the full-closed circulating water-cooling system can provide a well heat-dissipating condition for the SVC.
