摘要
目的探讨激光气化减压术加臭氧联合脊柱调衡手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者147例,分为:治疗组(A组)患者73例,采用激光气化减压术加臭氧联合脊柱调衡手法治疗;对照组(B组)患者74例,采用激光气化减压术联合臭氧注射治疗。术后1、3和6个月随访,根据Macnab标准进行疗效判定,比较两组患者术后疗效。结果两组患者手术成功率100.0%。A组术后1、3和6个月有效率分别为65.8%、74.0%、80.8%;B组术后1、3和6个月有效率分别为43.2%、47.3%、48.6%,两组患者疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论激光气化减压术加臭氧联合脊柱调衡手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著,是一种中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新思路、新方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laser steam decompression and ozone combined with spinal balancing manipulation on pro- trusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Altogether 147 patients of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc confirmed via clinical and CT （ or MRI） check were divid- ed into two groups： Group A, the treatment group consisting of 73 patients and given laser steam decompression and ozone combinedwith spinal balancing manipulation, and Group B, the control group incorporating 74 patients given laser steam decompression and o- zone injection. For all the patients, the follow-up visits were made 1,3 and 6 months later respectively to make a comparison between the two methods in curative effects. Results The difference in curative efficiency between Group A （ treatment group） and Group B （ control group） is of statistical signili- canoe （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The therapy to combine laser steam decompression and ozone with spinal balancing manipulation has an obvious clinical effect. It is a new thought and innovative method to treat protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc based on the combination of TCM and WM.
