摘要
目的:观察脊柱整体辨证治疗思想指导下辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用脊柱整体辨证治疗方法辨治,观察治疗前后JOA评分,评价临床疗效。结果:随访9.6个月(6～15个月),优:19例(31.7%),良:34例(56.7%),中:5例(8.3%),差:2例(3.3%)。总优良率为88.4%。71.7%(43例)的患者经首次治疗后JOA评分改善≥75%,随访期内未见复发者。结论:脊柱整体辨证治疗思想指导下辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症取效快捷,疗效巩固。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation with the theory of ＂treating spinal disease according to the concept of organic wholeness and treatment based on syndrome＂.Methods：Sixty cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated with the above theory and the clinical effect was analyzed by JOA scoring system.Results：All the patients were followed up for 9.6 months averagely.The excellent effect was observed in 19 cases（31.7%）,good in 34 cases（56.7%）,fair in 5 cases（8.3%）,and poor in 2 cases（3.3%）.The total effective rate was 88.4%.After the first treatment,JOA score in 71.7% cases improved over 75%.Within the follow-up period,there was no recurrence.Conclusion：The theory of ＂treating spinal disease according to the concept of organic wholeness and treatment based on syndrome＂ for lumbar disc herniation has quick and consolidated effect.
