摘要
用分光光度法和扫描法分别研究了剪叶对云南烟区烤烟主要品种"云87"、"红大"和"K326"漂浮苗抗氧化酶活性和根系形态建成的效应。结果表明:在漂浮苗的不同发育时期,剪叶均能提高"K326"的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、"云87"和"K326"的过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及‘红大’的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,但对"云87"和"红大"的CAT活性、"红大"的POD活性以及"云87"和"K326"的SOD活性则起提高或降低作用;剪叶在绝大多数情况下可改变3个品种漂浮苗主要抗氧化酶类活性随烟苗生长发育过程而变化的相关性特征,并对根系形态建成相关指标间的相关性性质和程度均产生不同影响,对"云87"影响最大,其次为"K326",对"红大"影响最小。因此,剪叶对云南烟区"云87"、"红大"和"K326"漂浮苗抗氧化酶活性和根系形态建成具体指标的促进效应因品种、烟苗发育时期和具体指标而异。本研究可为云南烟区烤烟漂浮育苗中剪叶的合理应用提供理论基础。
The effects of clipping on the antioxidase activities and root morphogenesis of the floating seedlings of the main flue-cured tobacco varieties, "Yun87", "Hongda" and "K326", in Yunnan to- bacco-growing area were studied by using spectrophotometry and scanning method respectively. The re- sults indicated that: at the different developing stages of the seedlings, the clipping could all improve the eatalase (CAT) activities of "K326", the peroxydase ( POD ) activities of "Yun87" and "K326", and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities of "Hongda" ; but for the CAT activities of "Yun87" and "Hongda", the POD activities of "Hongda" and the SOD activities of "Yun87" and "K326", the clipping displayed the increasing or decreasing effects. To a great extent, the clipping might change the correlation features of the main antioxidase activities of the floating seedlings of the three tobacco varie-ties along with the developing stage of the seedlings, and also exerted differential effects on the natures and degrees of the correlations of the root morphogenesis-related indexes, showing the most obvious effects on "Yun87", next was "K326", and the slightest on "Hongda". Therefore, the improving effects of the clipping on the antioxidase activities and the specific indexes of the root morphogenesis of the floating seedlings of "Yun87", "Hongda" and "K326" in Yunnan vary with the varieties, the develo- ping stages of the seedlings and the specific indexes. This research could provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable application of the clipping in the floating seedling of the tobacco in Yunnan.
