摘要
通过遮光、剪叶与疏花措施,应用Richards模型研究了源库关系对水稻籽粒灌浆特性的影响,结果表明:遮光和剪叶降低水稻籽粒的灌浆速度和终极生长量,导致结实率低,籽粒充实度差,千粒重小而减产,而疏花(剪穗)则相反,得出提高灌浆速度是增产的主要途径;源库关系主要影响的是弱势粒的灌浆特征,对强势粒的影响相对较小,用弱势粒的灌浆参数更能反应水稻的源库状况;用强弱势粒达到最大灌浆速率的时间差来划分同步异步灌浆类型较适宜。
By means of sunshine-shading,leaf-cutting and spikelet-thinning,the effect of source-sink relation on grain-filling properties of rice were studied.The results showed that sunshine-shading and leaf-cutting reduced grain-filling rate, as a result,it decreased the percentage of filled grains,grain filling degrees and 1000-grain weight.The effects of spikelet-thing were just opposite.The source-sink relation mainly affected the grain-filling properties of inferior spikelets,and had little influence on that of superior spikelets.The interval of reaching the maximum grain-filling rate of superior and inferior spikelets could be used to divide the harmony(synchronization)and disharmony grain-filling type of superior and inferior spikelets.
