血浆Th17细胞相关因子与25-羟基维生素D检测对肺癌的临床价值 被引量:5

Plasma T helper cell 17 cytokine and 25(OH) vitamin D in patients with lung cancer and its clinical value

摘要 目的 探讨肺癌患者调节辅助性T细胞17(Th17)相关因子与25-羟基维生素D检测的临床价值.方法 收集本院2012年3月至2013年1月新入院肺癌患者78例,其中腺癌40例,鳞状细胞癌28例,小细胞癌10例,选取年龄和性别与其相匹配的50例健康体检者作为对照组.分析各组间25-羟基维生素D与白介素17(IL-17)、白介素6(IL-6)的差异及其相关性.结果 肺癌患者血浆25-羟基维生素D浓度为(24.5±6.8)ng/mL,低于健康对照组(35.1±8.7)ng/mL,肺癌患者血浆IL-17浓度为550(350,705)ng/L,IL-6浓度为480(390,620)ng/L,均低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺腺癌患者血浆25-羟基维生素D、IL-17、IL-6浓度与肺鳞状细胞癌患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肺癌患者血浆IL-6、IL-17与25-羟基维生素D存在相关性(r=0.369,0.402,P<0.05).结论 肺癌患者血浆25-羟基维生素D、IL-17、IL-6浓度异常,提示肺癌患者血浆25-羟基维生素D与Th17细胞相关因子浓度检测对治疗和预后监测具有一定临床价值. Objective To investigate plasma T helper cell 17 cytokine and 25 (OH) vitamin D in patients with lung cancer and its clinical value. Methods From March 2012 to January 2013,78 cases of newly admitted patients with lung cancer in our hos- pital were enrolled, including 40 cases of adenoearcinomas, 28 cases of squamous cell carcinomas, and 10 cases of small cell carcino- mas. The age and sex matched 50 healthy volunteers were selected as a control group. The differences and relationship in 25 (OH) vi- tamin D and T helper cell 17 cytokine were analyzed among different groups. Results Plasma 25 (OH) vitamin D concentration in lung cancer patients (24.5±6. 8 ) ng,/ml was lower than the healthy control group (35.1 ±8.7 ) ng/ml. Plasma interleukin-17 ( IL- 17 ), and IL-6 concentrations in lung cancer patients were 550 ( 350, 705 ) ng/L, and 480 ( 390,620 ) ng/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than the healthy control group ( P 〈 0. 05). Plasma 25(OH) vitamin D, IL-17, and IL-6 concentrations in lung adenocarcinoma patients were not statistically significantly different from patients with lung squamous cell carcinomas ( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was a correlation of plasma IL-17, IL-6 and 25 (OH) vitamin D in patients with lung cancer ( r = 0. 369,0. 402, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Plasma 25 (OH) vitamin D, IL-17, and IL-6 concentration altered in patients with lung cancers. It suggests that plasma 25 (OH) vitamin D, IL-17, and IL-6 should be helpful to monitor the treatment and prognosis of lung cancer patients.
